Requirements:
- Minimum of seven years experience in managing projects.

Typical Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized analytical services and support to resolve program and project issues.
- Conduct business process analysis for business practices and procedures.
- Provide support to develop new or improved processes.
- Provide general office support pertaining to files organization and business process management, and the coordination of customer related technical, contract and financial issues requiring direct customer and internal support contact.
- Provide technical support and advice on issues related to customer support issues as required.This may be in the form of position/issue papers, technical support/advice papers, or spoken opinions/advice during key management meetings, as required to support decisions.
- Provide high-level support and advice on issues related to all programs, deliverables and tasks.
- Manage implementation of the project plan and schedule for all projects as assigned.
- Provide technical and functional leadership and direction of complex project tasks.
- Coordinate effectively with operational units as required to implement and operate the new or modified existing customer applications.
- Coordinate with internal and external organizations and working groups by arranging, chairing, facilitating, and participating in regular/ad hoc planning, implementation, and workgroup/IPT meetings.
- Provide periodic special request briefings to management and other interested parties, as needed.Many ad hoc requirements will arise due to the dynamic nature of our clients. At the senior level, have the ability to create and present briefings to senior management and senior executives within and outside of the organization.
- Provide budget and program planning in accordance with the Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS)
- Provide project management and workload planning for Service Letter Agreements (SLA), Initial Business Estimates (IBE), Letter Estimates (LE) or other similarly documented tasks necessary to support the customer client.
- Develop/analyze/improve customer business processes and procedures as new customer programs are implemented.
- Provide a detail oriented review of database and spreadsheet information which requires a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and validate internal and external deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness of critical information
- Provide Monthly Progress Reports and Project Status Briefings for all project assignments to the appropriate contracting officer and government task manager.
- Provide Management Analysis support for planning, documentation and operation, as well as problem resolution of software, hardware and communication systems as related to customer support services from both a technical and an administrative view.
- Provide Senior Level Management functions in the areas of business process improvement to include conducting studies, developing strategic business planning, conducting organizational assessments and performing financial management activities in addition to tasks stated in the paragraphs above.
