First Contact
The first step in our process is an introductory phone conversation. The purpose of the call is to briefly introduce the candidate to the potential opportunity and evaluate their motivation for considering a new opportunity.
Formal Interview
Provided information in the "First Contact" step aligns with the opportunity we move into a more in-depth conversation addressing:
- Skill Assessment - A discussion of your career to help us understand how you arrived at your current level of professionalism.
- Candidate's Goals - The 10 Aspects of the Job Search will help the both of us gain a deeper understanding of your motivations and define for us your next perfect job.
At the conclusion of our discussion if there is compatibility between what you want and what Results Driven Staffing has to offer we will give you the option to quietly explore those opportunities. And if there is not, and from time to time it happens, than you have invested a few hours with a professional who now understands what your strengths are and is constantly uncovering new opportunities.
