- Hands-on development experience with C# and .Net
- Must be experienced working through or familiar with the entire SDLC
- Comfortable working independently or in a team environment
- Must have the ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel
- An understanding of unit, integration & system testing of software systems prior to release to the users for user acceptance testing
- Sr. developers should be amenable to providing technical guidance to the other developers
- Interested in developing stand alone and Web-based applications
- Able to produce SLC phase documentation
- Willing to interact with, and support system users
- Must have Object Oriented design and development experience
- Knowledge of and/or experience in following CMM/CMMI-or RUP compliant processes and procedures
- Should be very good self-learner and an excellent team-player
- Comfortable completing projects on tight schedules
- Uses structured analysis skills to convert specifications into class diagrams, object models, and programming language
- Believes in committing code into the repository and following prescribed integration practices to ensure system integrity with other developers
- Installs periodic patch upgrades and service packs to maintain system integrity and security
Desired Skills – (More than 5 is a Plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with federal government clients
- Experience in data-driven web applications
- Strong understanding of web development and relational database concepts
- .Net Framework (2.0, 3.0)
- Oracle database/PL SQL Skills
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- XML Web Services
- Cold Fusion 7 Web development environment
- Microsoft Certification(s)
- SharePoint Server experience
- AJAX experience a plus
