- Believes in committing code into the repository and following prescribed integration practices to ensure system integrity with other developers

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience working with federal government clients
- Experience with Advanced JavaScript/Ext JS/JQuery or other JavaScript Frameworks and prototype.

- Should be good is AJAX/JSON implementations and its serializations/de-serialization in Java.

- Server side technologies DB2 or MySQL
- Experience with open source software (Apache, JBoss, Hibernate, CVS) & VMware; System administrator and user support experience.
