Results Driven was hatched out of 17 years of frustration working with recruiters who just didn’t
get it
. Our founders experienced time and again recruiters who would simply pass along a resume or job description with a bill or pay rate. Thorough job descriptions or candidate profiles were rare, miscommunications frequent and professionalism was hard to find.

Results Driven stands apart from other search firms because we do get it. We understand that
it is our job not to waste your time with candidates or job opportunities that aren’t a match. Many firms will claim they “listen” to you but we believe successful staffing comes from listening and more importantly, asking questions.  An in depth Q & A session will often times identify key aspects of the job or position that may not have been conveyed in the written job description. We ask in depth questions, come to a collective understanding, and then go find what you need.

Results Driven uses a Proprietary Recruiting Methodology developed from experiences and best practices of over 20 years of staffing and service professionals. Our process encompasses the 10 Aspects of the Job Search, each component proven critical to successful, effective staffing.
